Group Training

A HIGH intensity circuit training class that will push you to your limits. Incorporates weight training, cardio endurance, core stability and flexibility. We have group class levels from intermediate to advanced.

Group Training Times:

Monday

  • 6:00pm-Lower Body-Advance Level

Tuesday

  • 6am and 6:00pm-HIIT Lower Body-All Level

  • 6am and 6:00pm-HIIT Upper Body-All Levels

Thursday

  • 6am and 6:00pm-Full Body-All Levels

Saturday

  • 8am-Full Body-All Levels
